Privacy statement - your consent

ECREA values your privacy and respects Belgian law of December 8, 1992 on “Privacy Protection in relation to the Processing of Personal Data” as modified by law of December 11, 1998 implementing Directive 95/46/EC.

Members and institutional coordinators are responsible for keeping personally identifiable information provided via this site accurate, current, and complete. Members and institutional coordinators can access and correct this information in their member profiles. Personally identifiable information of members and their member profiles are deleted upon resignation or failure to renew membership.

This site may contain links or references to other websites. This Privacy Statement does not cover links to other websites and accordingly any information collected by those parties that own and control those websites or their use of cookies. Please be aware that individual organizations operate their own policies regarding the use and sale of personal information and the use of cookies. We may use member contact information from the forms to send newsletters, notifications concerning governance of the association, and announcements concerning events organised by ECREA or its entities. ECREA may share some parts of this information with third-party contractors and sub-contractors for purposes of event organisation (only events organised by ECREA or its entities) or website maintenance. ECREA will not sell or rent your email or other personal information to any organisation. Neither will we contact you for any other topic than topics related to our association’s mission and goals, as defined in ECREA Statutes. 

Maintaining the integrity of data collected at www.ecrea.eu is of utmost important to ECREA. Personally identifiable information is stored behind password protection.
